Peaches regressa a Portugal

Concerto dia 26 de Setembro no Paradise Garage.

O Paradise Garage foi o palco escolhido para o regresso a Portugal de uma das artistas mais irreverentes e controversas da actualidade. Peaches apresenta o seu mais recente álbum, "Impeach My Bush", na sala de espectáculos lisboeta no próximo dia 26 de Setembro.

Peaches traz consigo a Herms Band, composta por três raparigas do movimento Riot Grrrl: J.D. Samson (teclista dos Le Tigre), Radio Sloan (guitarrista dos The Need) e Sam Malone (baterista dos Hole e Eagles Of Death Metal).

Os bilhetes têm o preço único de 20 euros e já se encontram à venda nos locais habituais.

Velvet Acid Christ - Wound (CD Single)

Since their last studio album, Hex Angel, in 2003, Velevet Acid Christ has graced fans with four volumes of his vault series Between The Eyes and re-released his ground breaking album Calling Ov The Dead. With those promises to fans kept, he's ready to move onto his next studio release. With a brand new album for fall 2006 in the works, VAC now offers a teaser of things to come. The Wound single features three blistering mixes of the title track, as well as an alternate version of ''Ghost Regen'' and an amzing cover of The Cure's ''The Figurehead''. Wound presents a passionately angry and opinated view of the band - animal rights. They have contructed a versatile song that demands attention not only for its ties with animal rights, but for the other meanings that listeners can construe from it. Finalmente novo material de Velvet Acid Christ. Este era um lançamento que eu aguardava com alguma impaciência. Ao longo dos anos, o material dos VAC não tem vindo a piorar, pelo contrário, o que faz do material criado por Bryan Erickson um dos melhores da cena electro.industrial.

Este single serve de apresentação ao novo álbum da banda, a lançar brevemente (26 de Setembro) e sob o nome de Lust for Blood. A música é poderosa, como não podia deixar de ser, com samples no mínimo perturbadores...
